Hi, my name is Paul Thistle. I started working in the motorcycle business 42 years ago, (It really doesn't seem like that long ago!). I have been a motorcycle enthusiast longer than that. I would like to share a recent experience that I had with Blue Ridge Powersports. After purchasing a new Polaris ATV from Blue Ridge Powersports I also purchased a cover and some other items. In under 6 months the cover ripped and not even on a seam. I sent a e-mail to Blue Ridge Powersports to seek some type of replacement or restitution for the failed cover which was not cheap. I didn't even receive a response from them. However, When I was buying the ATV I sure didn't have any problem getting a response from them at the same e-mail address. I can't help but think if I can't get a response over

Paul Thistle at Blue Ridge Yamaha is fantastic!!!! I called him in panic mode as my sons dirt bike needed two parts that seemingly no one had in stock. Paul took the time to ensure the parts I needed were accurate and also in stock. Once he verified he had the parts I needed, he took the time to expedite shipping to get them to me. I live in Arkansas and had called 17 dealerships. All were pretty helpful but Paul was spot on and eager to help me. I would make this my first stop if you live ANYWHERE near this dealership. I own a '17 Polaris General, and although I didn't but it from this dealer (in hindsight I wish I had) I have taken it to them 3 separate times for warranty work, and private repairs.
I honestly don't know where to begin in saying how good these people are. Everyone is always friendly and pleasant and makes you feel welcome. They actually listen to the customers needs or problems and work with them, always putting the customers needs and issues first.
Jason ( the service manager) and the mechanics are all highly knowledgeable in their skill set. Each and every time that I have had repairs done

This is the wrong place to buy from. Once you try to get service under warranty, you will wait for weeks. They delivered my machine and it was set up poorly. I've had nothing but grief. I regret dealing with them and they careless after the sale. They even charge you $150 to pick up your machine under warranty. There service department doesn't provide professional service and you wait for weeks to get repairs. Buyer be ware. I tried supporting my local dealer and it bit me in the butt. I will never buy from them again.

We recently moved to the area and needed a side-by-side to get up and down to the creek, haul firewood and ride a few trails. We pretty much knew what we wanted and the salesman didn't put any pressure on us to try to buy anything else or anything we didn't need.
Chris and Everyone we dealt with was great.
I am sure that we could have saved a few dollars going to the one of the big box stores closer to the city ....but you know that's not what it's about. The people are what make the town.
