Elle Day Spa

I've been to many spas (both extremely high and and a few no frills in Manhattan) and I can say Christina at Elle Day Spa was incredible! I don't always have the best experiences at spas Beth I was in major need for a deep tissue massage and was extremely surprised by the quality of the massage I received. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the Berkshires. Thank you Christina!

Excellent customer service, polite staff, and great ambience in the spa. I got a manicure and pedicure and it was a great experience. The prices were fair and the woman who did my nails was really nice. I'll definitely come back here again for other services, and have already recommended it to my mom and sisters.

I went here to get a leg wax, recently. The staff was very friendly. I thought she was doing a good job but when I got home to check out my legs there are patches of hair all over. I grew out my hair for several weeks to make sure I got the best possible chance for a good wax. I'll say again the staff was friendly but I definitely won't be returning for any sort of treatment if this is the quality they provide.

My friends and I spent a 50th birthday weekend in the Berkshires, and Elle Day Spa was the only place we could find that could accommodate all 3 of us for treatments at the same time. I had the Cloud 9 pedicure (Jamie was wonderful and there is a great selection of polish colors.) and my friends each had a massage. All 3 of us were thrilled with our services. It's clean, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We even bought gift certificates for our weekend host so that she could enjoy a treatment there as well. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went for massages today. He had a deep tissue by Kaitlyn and thought she was excellent. I had a Swedish massage by Leigh Ann and I thought she was amazing!

The staff is friendly and kind. I've been having multiple services there for many years and I have been nothing short of satisfied. They go out of their way to make sure you are extremely happy. They will also happily help you to pick out products that are best suited for you. Nikki and Cait are both amazing at eyelash extensions. Trust me, you won't be sorry. Again, a great place and fantastic Client service all the way around. Thank you MIchelle and staff. 100 percent recommend.

Elle day spa is terrible. Going into the spa I was expecting a clean up of my eyebrows. But no, that is not what I got. I came out of the wax with whole new eyebrows that look poorly done and now they are very thin. NEVER BOOK AN EYEBROW APPOINTMENT HERE!!!!

My wife and I received services from the spa on two different days on our honeymoon in the Berkshires. The first day we had hot stone massages, and the second day we had pedicures and facials. Everything was so great! From the atmosphere, to the staff, to the extra special touches they added for our honeymoon (like fruit, cheese, and mimosas!), I can't speak highly enough about the whole experience. Also, the services we received were high quality. It was great to feel so welcome, comfortable, and pampered! I would definitely recommend a visit here!

I love everything about this place. The girls who work here are funny and sociable without being intrusive and the pedicures are seriously the best I have ever had. My best friend lives locally to this spa and whenever I visit her from CT, we try to get to Elle for a special treat. We always leave happy.

Absolutely love Elle Day Spa!!! Very friendly technicians and my mani and pedi were wonderful! I recommend this spa to all my friends/family and everyone has always had a wonderful experience.

I'm sorry to have to do this. I went with a girlfriend and we made appointments for two, 80 minute deep tissues massages. At $110, these were on the "cheaper" side, in comparison to other spas...however and unfortunately, the massage technicians had no idea how to do deep tissue massages. The massage technicians did not have the skill level nor the expertise. We left feeling upset and disappointed that we had just spent collectively (including tip) $250 for a horrible massage. Do not go here if you expect a good massage.

I've gone here a few time to get my nails done, which was a great experience. The girls were friendly and helpful and overall 5 star rating.

However, I can't say the same for the massage experience. The place is pretty small, so I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and reception area during my massage. I asked the woman to try to get knots out of my shoulders, but I'm not sure it really changed the way she would have massaged me anyway. Running on very little sleep, I stopped in for a "help me look rested/younger!" conversation. Emily took incredible care of me, even giving me samples of the Pevonia Caviar line.

I sent my wife there for an afternoon and she came back a revived women! We've had so much snow in the northeast, this was a perfect idea from a friend and Elle delivered! I'll remember this again next Valentine's Day.

I went to Elle as a gift for a girls' day and we were all very pleased. I'm not a spa connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination -- in fact, I'm a little skeeved out by the idea of laying mostly-naked on a table and having a stranger touch me -- but I really liked the soothing atmosphere here. The smaller size of the place gives it an intimate feel. All the staff was very friendly and my masseuse asked questions as he worked to make sure that I was happy with the level of pressure he used and areas he focused on.

I went to the Berkshires for a girl's weekend last month. We all stayed at the Crowne Plaza (where the Elle Spa is located) and we all booked spa treatments throughout the weekend. I unfortunately got extremely sick with a stomach bug and was hotel-bound the entire weekend. When I called to cancel my massage in the morning, the manager told me that she would charge me if I did not show up.
