1. Resident Manager, Cynthia and Maintenance, Ricky are AWESOME!! They are absolutely two of the best people you will ever meet.
2. SAFE, quiet and affordable apartment community.
3. Prompt response from management when concerns are brought to their attention.
4. I lived in this apartment complex for four years and never had any problems. If I had not relocated out of state, I would still be there.
I have NOTHING negative to say.

I just moved my mother in and she loves it. We were looking for a clean and secure place for her to stay that she could afford. Cynthia, the apartment lady, is real nice and helped my mother feel welcomed. She lives on the property so she is right there if my mom needs something. Only one problem so far with the sink, but it was fixed the next day. I love the free laundry room so I won’t have to drive my mom to the laundry mat every week to do her wash.
