Services
The mission of Lake Forest Home Care, Inc. is to assist seniors in accomplishing their tasks and activities of daily living wherever they are most comfortable and secure. We do this by providing professional and experienced support staff in private homes or in care facilities. Whether it's 24 hours, seven days a week, or short-term hourly care, we have trained caregivers to assist you.
We provide non-medical custodial care to seniors and people with disabilities by designing and implementing a customized plan of care tailored to individual needs. We serve Orange County and portions of surrounding counties as well. Moving them from one point to the other such as; bed to commode, wheelchair to vehicle, etc.
Alzheimer's AssociationThe Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. Its mission: To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
Cost of services is primarily determined by the level of care needed. To do this, we send over a staff member to evaluate the client's care needs so we can quote on an accurate cost. This evaluation process is totally free. We provide professional caregivers, Home Health Aides, Nursing Assistants, Vocational Nurses, or First Aid, and CPR trainees to assist seniors in accomplishing their tasks and activities of daily living.
We continually recruit, hire and assign caregivers on the basis of credentials, experience and attitude, in relation to the requirements of the position being staffed.
