The Shady Acre is a family owned and operated motel located next door to Silver Dollar City on Highway 76 and only minutes away from all the attractions that Branson has to offer. This unit can be connected to a 2 Queen bed unit if you have a large family or group that needs more space. The Shady Acre Guest House is available for nightly rental! This house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, large living room with fireplace, a private deck and enclosed porch.
I am a proud mom of two amazing men. I can honestly say that It's an honor to watch my son's "Adult." They now have families of their own and they are doing life well. We had bumps in the road just like any other family. We faced all the challenges of childhood, transitional teen-age years, and growing into young adult hood.

We come to Branson multiple times per year and stayed in some good and not so good places. This place is the best and cleanest place I have stayed in.
The room was clean, (even in the corners that are often missed), roomy and very comfortable. The price for the area is outstanding. Bed was very comfortable, in room microwave, fridge and coffee pot. The love seat sofa was a nice touch and very comfortable as well. I loved the laminate flooring. Clean!
The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
This is definitely a place I will return to.

Great hotel! So friendly! Festive Christmas decorations. It is very reasonably priced and has great accommodations. It was the nicest and cleanest room and way better than I thought based on the price. Loved the added touch of a little Christmas tree in our room. We will be staying here every time we visit Branson from now on!

Clean, friendly and close to everything we wanted to do. You can here the train at Silver Dollar City from the motel. Cheap, too. We paid $50/night. Includes good sized mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, free secured wifi, outdoor pool, cable, HBO and Showtime. Tons of pillows on bed, which I like.

This is where we'll stay everytime we are in Branson.
Super friendly, clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Rooms have a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and free wireless. The decor isn't the most current but I'd rather save $90 a night than have a stylish room and a continental breakfast. For $40 you absolutely can't beat this place!
