Exclusive use of fully-furnished water-front home with private pier on the premier trophy trout and saltwater bay on the Gulf Coast. Baffin Bay is located one hour south of Corpus Christi, Texas, and is surrounded by undeveloped King Ranch to the north and Kenedy Ranch to the south. Please keep in mind that during the height of our busy season, our homes must be made ready for occupancy in a very tight turnover time frame, (3 hours).
In some cases, the houses require maintenance repairs and additional cleaning. If you are not ok with housekeeping possibly starting laundry early while you are out fishing, your checkout time will have to be 12 noon. Housekeeping will usually arrive at 1pm, but please notify me if you are checking out earlier so that we can schedule our day.
