Services
A grant of relief from deportation/removal allows a non-resident alien to stay in the United States. Relief may be granted in two categories; discretionary relief and administrative judicial relief. Discretionary relief may involve certain circumstances related to the alien, such as persecution in the home country.
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) provides relieve for battered spouses, children or parents. If you fit this criteria, you may file an immigrant Visa petition under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The Violence Against Women Act allows any person who fits certain criteria to file a petition for a green card without their abuser's consent or knowledge.

If you are eligible for asylum you may be permitted to remain in the United States. Mr Joseph Cella interviewed me by Zoom because of the Covid-19 Virus in the month of April 2020. It was like we were having the conversation in person.
He was very professional and competent. He asked questions and provided me with answers to proceed with my case. He was clear and direct to the point with every topic. However, I haven’t seen him any more since then. Not that I need to because my case managers have been excellent on my case.
