My experience with Connecticut limo was fantastic. I had a very professional driver who was attentive and courteous. The vehicle was extremely clean and the ride was very smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

This is a company with no back up plan! They feel no obligation to fulfill their commitments! We hired them, and pre-paid, for pickup at 2:30pm for a trip to JFK for 13 people -we needed to be at the airport by 6:30 pm for our flight. When no one showed up at 2:30, I called them I was told the driver had been in an accident and I would need to find another way to to the airport. They could not provide another vehicle or driver until 4:30 -2hrs after the time we needed to leave! This is unacceptable behavior for what I thought was a professional company. Don't trust them- they are not
