DC Apparel, Inc was founded in early 2007 by Damon McCrystal and Chris Broyles. At that time, we were running two separate, successful construction companies which housed many employees. We figured we would take advantage of our extra warehouse space by printing tee shirts for our own companies. We quickly found out that housing your own screen printing business just to supply your employees wasn't as cost effective as we would have hoped!
This led us to branching out by making tees and uniforms for other friends who also owned small businesses. As we continued to educate ourselves, our interest in the apparel decorating industry grew. Our excitement and passion for screen printing led to a change in career direction and the birth of a new apparel decorating corporation.

Nice little shop. Good set up inside. They have all kinds of items from shirts, polos, jackets, hats, etc. to look at and purchase. This company is who did our school uniform shirts and jackets. Make sure you call first before you go, as there’s not always someone working the front desk, so you won’t be able to get in.

I brought in uniforms to be embroidered on June 10. I was told they would start working on them the first week in July. The second week in July I called and they told me we're not even going to start till the 3rd week in July. I called last week and was told the shirts would be done before orientation. Today is August 4th and I still have no uniform tops. At this point in time my child has no uniforms to begin the new school year. I was told they were short-staffed. If you knew you were short-staffed then you would make sure that every day you did a little bit of the uniforms so that they were

I went asking about contract printing and the owner was very rude and degraded my business stating that "well I can't stop my big productions to do the volume of items you need, so go down the road to Rob and he can help you"!! Our clothing line has been doing volumes, which he stated starts at 288 pieces each. I wanted to get someone local to do my printing for me and he didn't even give me the time of day!! Production is in progress now with 1500 pieces being printed so he has lost out on our business for sure we let our printing in NC for now!!
