Our dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded two rooms in our cabin. The crew came out the same day we called and kept us informed about their ETA while en route to our place an hour away from Plattsburgh. They moved furniture, rolled up rugs, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and explained how it all worked to us before they left. They took our rugs back to their facility to dry them out and retuned 48 hours later (on a Saturday afternoon) to put it all back together, like nothing ever happened. I would definitely call them again if we had another disaster.

Called for a leaking roof. came out a day later to put up temp fix, four months later still haven't sent my insurance a quote for the permanent fix. now I need to find someone else to finish the work they refuse to do, all because the insurance isn't fast enough for them. I'm sorry you opened a business in a field where insurance companies pay most of your work, insurance companies move at their own speed. horrible communication, and customer service.
