After receiving an astronomical bid for a gas line from another company we called Ben's for a comparison. Ryan arrived on time, was personable and professional in his assessment and gave us a very fair bid. Before he was even out of the driveway his office called to make an appointment. Kathy was very understanding and did her best to arrange a time as soon as possible.

This is my 3 company I had to use and I really wished it was my first. ISAAH was very professional and arrived on time and explained things to me. That's a lot to say since I had gotten ripped off with other "Valley "😉 companies cus am a girl. They have honest working men and fare prices. I'm 14 days new to the desert and it can be very difficult navigating the vendors needed for a home owner. Everyone has their guy and you're told early on to get 3 estimates. Personally I prefer the family owned businesses over the larger companies even though a larger company can sometimes have a larger capacity. Also what I have noticed is you have to be very carful of swindlers. Oh the swindlers that want to burglarize your wallet is unbelievable out here in the desert.

I am so grateful and relieved to have found Ben's Plumbing. Ryan was extremely professional, efficient and personable. I had several projects including replacing hose bibs, toilet supply lines, tub filler and faucet issues etc. Honestly, (from experience) I was bracing for the worst however Ryan informed of his hourly rate and worked efficiently and thoroughly on every project all the while explaining what and why he was replacing. I had Ben's Plumbing of Palm Desert out twice during the May, 2020, pandemic sheltering procedures for sink problems. The responses were quick, the work expert, and the price fair. In particular I want to mention that the technician in both instances, Casey, was both courteous and for the sake of all of us, wore a mask and practiced proper social distancing. He performed the services in a professional matter and cleaned up afterwards. It was a great relief to utilize an essential service that respects the lifesaving procedures.

Ben's Plumbing is the BEST! Ryan was a delight to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He installed two bathroom faucets for us. I had aa cracked toilet seat cover and low and behold he had a new one on his truck! It saved me a trip to Home Depot or ordering one online. He was super tidy, too. I would recommend Ben's Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing services. Awesome!

Isaiah came by this morning to clear the bathroom drain that a handyman failed to clear yesterday. Isaiah was very upbeat and confident after I told him about the attempts made the day before. The blockage was very tough. But he broke it down and had the drain cleared in 20 minutes! Great Price too! Ben's Plumbing/Isaiah is in my contacts now for Indian Wells.

Great company to work with! I called and got a same day appointment and my issues were resolved in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Isaiah did a great job and he was the same tech that resolved an issue at our business location earlier this year. Please consider having an after hours emergency service because I would love to be able to get your great techs in an emergency situation too.

A leaky bathtub faucet almost filled my tub with water since yesterday. It was a Sunday, but I had Ben's card and called anyway. A live person answered the phone and took all of my information. I received a phone call from Ben at 7 am Monday morning and my faucet was fixed by Ryan a few short hours later.
The price of the service was fair and reasonable. Every aspect of working with Ben's plumbing was pleasant and efficient. I will continue to use Ben's and highly recommend them.
