I purchased a bike back in June and upon learning to ride I discovered it had an issue. I reached out to Brian and immediately he went to figuring out how to resolve my issue. The purchase was very smooth when I originally purchased the bike, and it was just as smooth resolving my problems. The input shaft was bent and it was an intermittent problem, so the dealership wouldn’t have known. They helped me out on my deal, and even offered me other options of trading it in however that didn’t interest me. I’ll definitely do business again.

This place is special. They treat you as a customer should be treated. There are no surprises, they are patient, and they know motorcycles. My Triumph T100 purchase was smooth and filled with straightforward information and honesty. You can ask any question and can take adequate time to test drive a bike before making a decision. When other sellers are using trickery in their sales process, the staff at 191 helps you make an informed decision. You can have a long-term relationship with them, and I know I will. Even if you have to drive hours, I would recommend 191 Motorsports and their staff.

Went here for my first bike. Bill was super awesome. Took the time to explain the features so a noob like me would understand. Quick purchase and paperwork. Not like a car dealership where u spend all day. Brian the owner/manager delivered my bike to my house personally and was there waiting for me b4 i left the bank. Super bunch of guys and very very friendly. Thank u guys for making this purchase so memorable and I definitely will tell others about u.

Honesty. Integrity. Good business. Bought a 2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer in July 2017. Found an issue with an accessory in September. Multiple phone calls to make sure the issue was solved. Brian (co-owner) went above and beyond to help me out. I believe these guys are a rarity in used vehicle sales: they truly want you to have a great bike and a great purchasing experience.
I live about an hour away and would easily tell people to drive 2 hours in order to experience great customer care while purchasing a quality used bike.

I purchased an 07 Suzuki gs500f from Bob (salesman) 4 months ago....the bike had around 4,900 miles on it. 10 minutes after I rode off the sales floor. The bike broke down near enka high school. I called the guys at 191 and they said they'd pick it up when they had time and check it out....after 2 weeks and 3 trips back and forth to 191s trusted motorcycle repair shop (west side scooter) they told me the problem was "fixed" it was a fuel system issue which prompted them to "clean the tank, carborator, lines and fuel filter." The staff are wonderful!! Great selection of bikes. Wonderful people to help you get on the bike that you want. Great family oriented business. Exceptional help with financing.
