Very Friendly and the Front desk Staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Harmon was caring and explained what he was going do and he called me at home to see how I was doing after the Surgery. All the nurses were very nice and caring and took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went in to rule out a medical issue I was having (ended up being dental). I saw PA-C Katherine White. She ruled out it being anything a dermatologist would treat but still made a call to my doctor with what she observed to help me get this figured out. She then continued to call and follow up with me to see how the process was going and if I… received the medical attention I needed. You don't find these type of doctors now a days that TRULY care about their patients like she cared about me getting better. I truly can not thank that woman enough for caring!

Dr. Vider's is amazing. I have seen him for 10 years plus. His scheduling team always manages to get me in on emergencies. I have been to other dermatologist in the past and I trust Dr.Vider's. He is always honest and shows concern and care for his patients. He never rushes off or ecnores your concerns. His staff has always been amazing. His office manager Mindy has always been very sweet and helpful when I needed her to take care of things. Dr. Vider's office have always been clean and excellent to me.

My negative experience was not for Dr. Holmes’s office, their staff, or their wait time, but the doctor herself. She felt the best way to treat a cyst in a sensitive area was to shoot hydrocortisone into it. She said local anesthesia would be dangerous but didn’t explain why in the least—maybe because it was close to closing time?
Upon rupture of the cyst, my fiancé saw her lance and extract the problem without *any* local anesthesia—apparently her plan of action didn’t quite work. That’s why they call it “practicing medicine,” I guess, but I’ve never begged a doctor to stop

My insurance stopped covering the moisturizer I had been using for 6 years right before my wedding. I called to see if another prescription could be called in for me. They were completely rude and said they wouldn't do it since it had been over a year since I'd been there. (I get it; that's a while) They wouldn't even lift a finger to help me get an appointment. I called my previous dermatologist in north Alabama (who I hadn't seen in 4 years) and they made special accommodations for me to be seen before my wedding. Office that just wants your copay vs. office that cares about patients.
