Gina is an executive with over 20 years experience building successful businesses through strategy development, funding roadmaps and operations in start-up and rapid growth companies. Gina started Austin Legal Group in January of 2009. Her practice areas include corporate and securities transactions as well as land use entitlements.
Tamara Leetham has been practicing law in San Diego since 2004, primarily as a litigator, handling claims in state, federal, and bankruptcy court, arbitrations, and claims filed with administrative agencies. Her litigation experience includes cannabis disputes, contract disputes, land use and planning issues, writs of mandamus, business torts, involuntary dissolutions, receiverships, and real property disputes.
