The lady who answers the phone is VERY RUDE. Called for some simple help with my account and she had rude comments for everything. The delivery drivers bring salt today.. They knocked something over saying they “were looking for the light switch” there is NO light switch on that wall. It’s on the clear other side of the room right when they walk down the stairs. Dings up my wall and they don’t even have the decency to tell me about it!!! Terrible customer service! DONE GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS.

First encounter was when we were in our garage and I went inside my house. All of a sudden a man came out of the closet carrying a water bottle and no face covering or gloves etc. Scared the heck out of me. He said I got the wrong house huh? I said yes. My husband came in to see why I screamed. Delivery man apologized. I told him I am interested about Culligan. He had a rep come out. I got pricing and agreed The installer was awful. I am not happy with the extra 90.00 on top of high installion charge. Overpriced. I do not recommend. Water isnt much better for over 1100.00, which is their cheaper

We use a Culligan water softener to supply a MIOX unit where we actually make a mild form of sodium hypochlorite we use to chlorinate the Beatrice water supply. We have had excellent service on this unit and the unit provides excellent results as we need very soft water to make this MIOX unit perform. Great job Culligan

We have had a Culligan water softener for over thirty years. We enjoy having soft water. It keeps our sinks cleaner.....so very little scrubbing. I sometimes go for several weeks with only touch ups. This really saves on time and cleanser and our sinks always look nice. It also saves on shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher deterrent, bath soap and hand soap because you only need to use about half of what you would normally use.
