GEI's underlying principle to site remediation is to provide for the protection of human health and the environment, consistent with the expected use and development of every given site. GEI believes that appropriate remedial action can be both cost-effective and reliable. Throughout the selection of a chosen remedial alternative, GEI works closely with our clients to evaluate multiple alternatives and compare the pros and cons of each.
GEI is a professional health and safety service provider that can plan, train, and manage health and safety requirements in a wide variety of work settings. GEI's has an extensive technical and practical experience in high hazard general industry and construction to provide safety solutions such as written safety programs, on-site audits, and training on almost any health and safety subject.
GEI provides unparalleled asbestos and lead based paint surveys and indoor air quality assessments for all types of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Our certified inspectors go above and beyond to ensure that the project findings provide clear understanding of hazards and the most suitable path forward to resolution.
GEI has completed hundreds of underground storage tank (UST) and aboveground storage tank (AST) Site Assessments and decommissioning services since business startup. The projects have ranged in size from 300-gallon capacity residential heating oil tanks to multiple 25,000-gallon fuel tank farms. Our staff is fully registered to comply with the applicable environmental regulations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.
GEI's Emergency Spill Response Services are focused on minimizing the effects of hazardous materials and chemicals to human health and the environment while minimizing our clients' liability. GEI is fully equipped to transition from the reactive to the proactive phase. Furthermore, with our teaming partner (PST), GEI can provide training and real-time drills/exercises as well as facility security assessments.
