I have been customer at Halima carwash for 15 years. And have always gotten great service from the person who name I will just call him J.H . I now have learned that they have removed their best worker from detailing cars in the front area. Now vacuuming cars out in the back area .Mr.J.H is an excellent employee and should be rewarded not
demoted. This Is the first time in 15 years I haven't been pleased with the service due to management change with Mr..J.H. It would appear that Halima carwash is no longer concerned with customer satisfaction. This is the reason for two stars.

I paid $ 38.00 for the Ultimate package.
The inside detailing was terrible. They left mud and pebbles on the back wheel
hubs and floor bed. They left dog hair on the seats. Cup holders were partially clean. One inner door frame was not cleaned as requested.
They accept charge cards only and expected you to pay and leave a tip upfront.

I paid $42 for the ultimate wash plus a tip. There was debris in my car, they didn't remove the mats to clean and they did not wipe out the cup holders or center console. When I asked to have it vacuumed again and for it to be wiped put the guy told me everything won't come out, I asked that they remove the nats and try again. One worker who looked high as a kite began making comments while another worker actually vacuumed it and was able to remove the debris. They had 10 people working and only two cars there and were completely disrespect and a wast of my money I will not only never go there

Windows were very poorly clean. I requested the smokers window cleaner they did not use. I requested the fragrance I did not get I had to go ask for it. Could not see at the end of the day with the streaks in the glass in the front windshield and the rear called on the phone for an hour no one answered went there on Saturday and no manager to be found. It was wine the very nice black man who clean my windows for me but other than that it was terrible

They took their time and really really really did a great job on my Kia

Quick service, staff did a great job. - came back again today and wasn't disappointed, Alberto is the man! Buffed a paint scratch outta the driver's door just because I asked if there was anything I could do to remove it. I will never go anywhere else to get my car washed! Albero is the man!

What happens when your tires are too big for the car wash...they hand wash it for you!! Love this place! Workers are awesome!!
