A dispatcher is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to schedule appointments. Our technicians will call ahead if they are running late. KP Sprinklers is a great company. They installed our irrigation system earlier this year in spring, provided excellent maintenance of the system throughout the spring and summer and yesterday tech came out to winterize our system. The team, including Matt are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Konrad thank you for the great customer service. We already referred several neighbors.

He was friendly, professional, and courteous, making a plan to give us an estimate in the spring to repair some zones that were damaged due to recent deck construction. Highly recommend this team!

Working with KP Sprinklers was a great experience! Conrad was our technician and he was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issues right away, corrected the problems quickly, and avoided unnecessary installations and expenses. The rates/prices were fair and reasonable as well. Should we need any future irrigation help, KP Sprinklers will be our first call. We highly recommend them, it was great!

We are so happy with KP Sprinklers. They do great work, are punctual, right on schedule for routine service checks and they send reminders and followup emails and invoices. The good performance shows in the long term as we have a service contract with the same great service every time. Conrad calls on the way, comes on time, and is pleasant and knowledgeable. We were having problems with our sprinkler system and called KP Sprinklers. What a pleasure to deal with such an excellent company. The service was superb from start to finish. They scheduled our appointment, sent an email reminder and contacted us again with the time of arrival. Konrad our technician was polite, knowledgeable, and checked the whole system. He worked fast to fix some of the problems and gave my husband options on how to continue if he chose to do some minor repairs himself. I would definitely recommend their services.

Everyone I had contact with at this company was awesome. Everyone was prompt and had a great attitude. It was easy to get an appointment and when I called with an emergency they were able to send a technician quickly. Konrad was my technician both times and he was wonderful. He arrived within the time window given, was friendly, and provided great advice. He worked quickly but was very thorough in assessing what needed to be done/fixed. I wish more companies were more like KP Sprinklers. Best experience I’ve ever had working with a company. From my first interaction with them to the most recent they have been first rate. They did what they said they were going to do, transparent though out the entire process and follow up has been good. Conrad was great. He was on time, professional and addressed all issues. Great sales and installation experience with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Conrad both gave us the info we needed to make a decision regarding our irrigation system, but also followed through on every thing he promised, including the install date, the equipment, and the revamp of our entire system. He was professional, and friendly, and made sure we understood how everything worked before he and his team left our home. Everyone we dealt with at KP Sprinklers were very helpful and nice. You can't go wrong with both great work and great service!
