I've used Loving Heart Holistic Wellness for many different services over the past few years and am never disappointed. I've participated in many of the offerings from group virtual yoga, reiki, EFT tapping, book club, to most recently the Warming Winter Weekend: Yoga + Mediation Virtual Workshop. I always leave wishing for more. The services provide much more than movement, stretching, deep relaxation, and tranquility, but it truly is a place for cultivating connection with yourself and others.

I always enjoy working with Kara. She is attentive, provides a quality yoga experience, and enhances the yoga experience with mindfulness practices. The videos she offered through out the Spring/Summer 2020 lockdown with out a doubt helped me manage the difficulties life presented. Kara is a gracious, non-judgmental soul that meets people where they are in life and their yoga practice.
