The law firm has been in existence since 1942, following World War II, when the late founding father, Hugh (Ben) McCoy, joined his uncle, John McCoy, in practicing law together. Then Bray and Carson joined the law firm. Bray, Carson & McCoy would eventually evolve into McCoy & Faulkner when Hugh V. Faulkner joined the law firm in 1961.
Then in 1980, Michael W. Broerman joined the law firm, and Lynnette M. Lindgren joined in 2018. Following the retirement of Hugh (Ben) McCoy at age 80, and Hugh V. Faulkner at age 87, the law firm now consists of two practicing attorneys Michael W. Broerman and Lynnette M. Lindgren. In 2020, Greg Life transitioned into our office and works part-time.
