I have been at MMHC since 2006 and have had some good and some really bad experiences there. Have gone through many case managers, most just went through the motions. But I have had a few really good ones too. Violet L. and Amy B. are the 2best I've ever had. Most of the providers ( prescribe your meds) are there temporarily, and they go through CM's and Peer support specialists often. Hard to build a trusting relationship when the employees are leaving constantly. Torrey Zupke is the best prescriber I've ever had, and he's been there for years. I worked there as a Peer support specialist for 2

My therapist, Ashley, is a perfect match for me. She is a great listener and offers excellent advice.
Dana, the NP, seems to forget the hypocritical oath to DO NO HARM. She doesn't listen, and throws out ultimatums on the fly.
She has caused me to have 2 seizures thus far.
It appears there's an element called compassion missing from some of the staff. Thankfully there are some caring people there, or we'd all be screwed.
