I would give a zero if I could. Service is a joke. Don't want to warranty front axle on KRK 4 months old because I put better springs on it. Can't get a straight answer on anything. Always checking on it. SXS been in there over 3 weeks. Both my son and I have one. This place wont see another penny from either of us.

Best shopping experience ever ! Just searching for tractors we headed towards Angleton . I was walking the lot looking at the wide assortment of Massey Ferguson tractors but these Bad Boy Tractors kept grabbing my attention. I met Jeorge Calderon as he came out to the lot and asked him to Sale me the tractor we needed . I explained I was looking for a compact tractor to work our rural homestead property and what our need for the tractor would be. I completed a deal and was going through the delivery process, when an older gentlemen came bursting out of the front door yelling and cussing in my direction as I was talking with the mechanic about the machine. He was not wearing a mask and walked right up to me and bumped me with his chest and was accusing me of saying the tires on the machine were rotting? I let him know that I did not say what he was accusing me of and he then said I must of said they were used? The rubber was orange and they did swap the tires out for ones that were at least closer to black, but the finance lady commented

I just purchased a new Kawasaki Mule from UVC. It started as a phone call, and progressed to emails, with pictures included. Everyone from the salesmen (Jorge) to the financial manager was extremely helpful, and efficient. Most of all the owner, (Shannon) was extremely gracious with working with us. I have purchased quite a few four wheelers in the past and I have never been treated so well. The tech (Carlos) who came out to explain all the parts of the Mule and the engine was courteous and patient. We drove 4 hours from Louisiana to make this purchase. I purchased a new Kawasaki mule for $7600.00. UVC had it listed for $6000.00. I really wanted it, but there's so many ridiculous hidden costs that they surprise you with at purchase. Be honest with your customers, and let them know the REAL cost !! Don't add freight and assembly when your customers show up. I really wanted the Mule, and only thought I would be paying $6000 + tax!! Really, really bad sales experience due to this.

I stopped by UVC on a Saturday to look at the Mahindra Tractors. My brother previously purchased a Kawasaki Mule from them, so I figured I would give them a shot. I was greeted by Tim, who took the time to show me the 6065 cab tractor. We discussed the different specs and overall functionality of the tractor. I asked him if they accepted trade-in tractors, as I currently own a 1982 International. He informed me that they do accept trade-ins, just to take pictures and email them to him. I informed him that I had to sell my father's truck. He had recently passed away, and I would use the cash

I gave it five stars only because of a technician that waited after hours for me to come pick up my order on a Friday. I was running late due to a car accident on 45 South, crazy right?! I bought a brand new $13,000 UV from them and when I needed it repaired they told me "we don't carry that anymore and we won't repair it". I specifically asked when I bought it if they would provide service on the model and was told absolutely yes. I'll never step foot in their door again. I've heard of others that have had the same problem with this company.
