The employees there are very friendly. It does seem to take a long time to get seen. Even with an appointment I’ve had to wait over an hour past my appointment to be seen. Also, the prices just change when they decide. A little odd to me. But like I said, the staff is super nice and they do care. It’s just a little disorganized.

I had a very bad experience with this office. I had still the evidence that I sent it, they received according to the tracking number! They put my medical documents under a laptop and it took them almost two weeks to find them! That’s when I decided to go elsewhere! Several trips to them and never once got to see an actual Doctor! Their reviews are from friends and family of staff members, avoid at all cost.

I love Dr. Keen and the people that work in his office. He is very friendly and thorough, and makes sure that I have everything I need for my son, and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. His office manager is amazing, and works with me to get what my son needs, in a very timely manner. The receptionists are very friendly and they make sure that my calls get directed appropriately, and ensure that any issues are resolved.

My daughter just took her 5 month old son here with severe wheezing amd coughing, because thats where her doctor said to take him because they were all booked up amd they take walk ins. Once there the receptionist told my daughter they can't see him because he's not a patient there. MIGHT WANT TO TAKE DOWN THAT YOU TAKE WALK INS!! MIGHT WANT TO OUT ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU ONLY TAKE WALKINS IF THEY ARE ALREADY YOUR PATIENT. CANT BELIEVE YOU WOULD TURN AWAY A 5 MONTH OLD WHOS WHEEZING AND COUGHING SEVERELY BECAUSE HE WASNT A PATIENT OF YOURS. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOU.

I just recently became a new patient of Dr. Keen. I have visited 3 times and each time has been a very pleasant experience.
Mrs. Lorena (Loraina?) at the front desk absolutely amazes me with her ability to multitask while keeping a helpful and friendly attitude. Every other member of the staff I have come in contact with has been just as kind. My appointments are prompt (unlike my previous doctors office where I may wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen 😬 ).
Dr. Keen has a personable bedside manner and took time to explain everything and answered any questions I had.
