Terrible. we spent thousands with this company. we started with one system, which worked ok, then upgraded to a 4k system that had problems from the start. I paid in full up front, then had to wait months for the install. they came back several times to try to fix several problems, but the system still did the same things. then, the cameras started dying. at one time, brian promised to replace everything at his cost, wiring, cameras, nvr, but what ended up was them not answering my emails/phone calls. so I finally gave up, and went with a different company, secure one tech. their system
