Came in for a livescan on the 22nd, and my form was processed with an incorrect birthdate(they typed it incorrectly). it was very quick and convenient (at the moment). They would not waive the cost for a new livescan. They suggested I resubmit but unfortunately, my program specifically requested that it not be a resubmission. I thought about going in and chatting with another rep but I'm not about to pay twice to a place that will not stand behind their overlooking. so if you have a livescan that is time-sensitive and for a grad program, I can't in good faith recommend this place. I needed to mail out a few documents out of the country and decided to give Mail&More a try instead of USPS office. I was trying to avoid the long lines at USPS during the holiday season.
I went in a few minutes after it was opened. There was about 4-5 customers ahead of me.
I got quoted $60 for the documents which I already placed in the USPS priority mail flat rate envelope and the person who was helping me didnt seem to know what to do very well, needed to ask another coworker a few times. I decided not to send it here.
I took the same envelope to USPS office down the street, and it was

I was going to change it to 2 stars but then saw the response from the business owner along with all the other not so great reviews on account of POC not being acknowledged when they walk through the doors and then it hit me. . Yes, this is an apparent issue with this store that I've witnessed multiple times.

Incompetent!!!! 1st they lost my taxes that I printed out and mailed from there. 2nd I go and get a PO Box for $88 for 3 months (rip off) the same day I find one cheaper somewhere else $60 for 6 months and no $20 set up fee, that I had no clue was not refundable. I called them a hour after I get the box to tell them i don't need it and can income return key for a refund but the girls who answered said she doesn't know. Smh won't hkbthe next morning to cancel, well to my surprise they want $20 for a setup fee which USPS says there shouldn't be a fee. Be careful with these racist

Called to make sure there was a notary on site.
Notary available until ten minutes before 6 pm.
Arrived to see a long line with two employees working quickly.
Cost is $15 per notarized signature.
Out the door and documents completed.
Realized we probably should have copies, so the son went in and came back with three copies.
Close by and completed what we wanted.
Will return back if needed...

It's hard for me to give 1 star as a Buss owner but just to help next person to watch out I am writing this. Hope it helps Mail More to do a better job for next person.
They don't make sure incoming parcels are your own parcel by getting signature from each one so what can go wrong went wrong and my $1200 incoming cargo from China picked up by someone else and owner insisted that I was the one who picked up . It's pretty brazen and rich .
So stay away if you own a Buss .
Other than that they are pretty nice ladies .

Everything they say it is.Just moved here I was looking for a Mail place, I came in with a bunch of packages not knowing what to do, the staff helped me figure it out super quick. Staff a bunch of young kids that are responsive and responsible, letting me know the ins and outs of my delivery quickly.

My fiance and I recently visited Mail & More to mail out a bunch of Christmas cards and get notarization of an important document. The ladies were extremely helpful and even lent us a few bits of tape so we didn't have to lick our yucky envelopes. They also helped us with our postage and tracking needs. We gave them our business after reading they helped a Camp Fire victim in another review. We have family that lost almost everything they had in that disaster and we appreciate the good will they showed to that person. We will definitely be using them in the future!

I send a LOT of packages. I used to drive to a FedEx store, UPS store, and Post office everyday. It was a lot of work and preparing.
Maybe my head was under the sand but I had no clue such a place exist that takes them all.
Now I bring them all here and the ladies are amazing. When there is a line, they know me now so they tell me to drop it off and not have to wait in line. So glad I made this discovery!!

Very handy place. Always know what to do with my stuff. If my printer at home isn't working, they can print from my cell phone. I recycle Nespresso caps and they already know how to do it for free. I return stuff to Amazon and they know how to do that too. Closer than the post office. Extremely pleasant group of people.
