Services
What is it about Pilates that makes it such a beneficial form of self improvement? It's a lifestyle, it is learning to live in your body. Learning to move from your center with precision, control, fluidity, awareness and presence.
You will improve your postural alignment and biomechanics, and over time it will become more integrated and habitual in your body, improving your performance and tolerance of whatever it is you do (whether it is washing the dishes, working on your computer, gardening, dancing, playing golf or running a marathon - living)!

Like any exercise program, being consistent is probably the most important thing. It is also important to be patient and give it a little time. Don't just try it once. I offer a one time introductory special package of 5 sessions for the price of 4 because I believe it takes at least 5 sessions to really grasp what Pilates is about and if it works for you.
A 1-on-1 training session in a fully equipped Pilates studio. It's a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy the Pilates experience while working toward your personal goals. Let's remotely assess your at home work environment and habits to increase your tolerance for working from home.

I am a 72 year old male who had a sedentary office job for over 45 years. As a result I lacked a lot of mobility in my hips and spine. My wife suggested Pilates and I started with Vickie over three years ago. She did a comprehensive assessment of my condition and tailored a program for me focusing on flexibility and mobility. I have a one on one session once a week. Today I walk at least 10,000 steps five times a week and have no trouble with my hips and spine. Vickie is very focused on the individual need of each person and makes sure you follow the proper and safe techniques. I cannot thank her

Vicky Schneider worked with me recently on setting up an ergonomic home-office work station. Her advice and expertise have been instrumental in making sure I'm treating my body well on a daily basis and staying active throughout the busy work day. When we all went into quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I started working from my home full-time. I realized very quickly that my temporary work station at my dining room table was going to cause major back and neck problems long-term if I didn't change something quickly. The two sessions I had with Vicky helped me create the best ergonomic work
