I've been a customer of Jonathan Nolan and JPN Insurance Services for years. Jonathan has always done an excellent job finding the right providers at the best value. He's proactive and does his homework. When I transitioned to Medicare awhile back, Jonathan educated me on the process and options and ultimately helped find the right supplemental providers and plans that fit my needs. Jonathan was great. I spoke with two other agents prior to him, neither came close to meeting his level of expertise on the various medicare options. Not only that, Jonathan was the only one to let me know that as a new enrollee I would get a $30 a month discount on the plan of my choice. That $30 allowed me to select my first choice insurance carrier.

I have personally worked with Stephanie Proctor at JPN Insurance and she not only cares about her clients, but she does an outstanding job finding them the very best rate and the very best insurance policy. This is not the first time that Jonathan has saved me when it comes to my health insurance. My situation is complicated as I'm only 32 but disabled. I finally became eligible for medicare and I immediately freaked out because the insurance he signed me up for was so signed up was so wonderful. I had great insurance he signed me up for last year and then he signed me up for an even better plan this year. I was so afraid to lose it. But he helped me see the upside and plan for medicare. I honestly don't know what I would have done without the JPN insurance company. They're so on top

My husband and I were very much pleased with the knowledge that Jonathan had with Medicare Insurance. I was already on Medicare and my husband with be eligible in June. Since changes have been made to Medicare I now also will have a better plan. He was very through with signing us both up. Will continue to stay with Jonathan with our insurance. My wife and I reached Medicare age last year. Jonathan lead us through the myriad of choices and decisions that would provide us with the best coverage including our medications. Wow!!! Did he do a great job. We both have had minimal co-pays for medications and I had a series of medical issues that resulted in $800,000 of billings including a hospital stay of 8 days. It is such an enormous relief to have Jonathan and his team on our side. We have a complicated situation with our insurance for various reasons, but this year with the change in subsidies things seemed even more confusing. I do not give 5 stars easily. Jonathan is one of those rare professionals who goes above and beyond every time. My wife had a difficult and complex employment situation with COBRA and FMLA.
