Services
Always bring an up-to-date list of your current medications, including any over-the-counter medications or supplements. Be prepared to pay your co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible as required by your insurance. Electronic prescribing adds security and simplification to the process of managing controlled substances.
Dr. Kerper has admitting privileges to the University of Rochester Medical Center - Strong Memorial Hospital, which also accepts the above insurances. Most specialists in the area also accept these insurances. Always confirm insurance participation when you are making appointments with any provider you are seeing.

Not a good experience today with his front staff, he might be good but a person that sits in the front of a computer in the far left corner of the reception barged in to my conversation with the receptionist that left me speechless. Where did she learnt her manners and customer service skills? If they deal with old and sick people like this I am glad I am not his patient.

Dr. Kerper is competent and kind. He has been my primary care doctor for 32 years. He is courteous and gentle. I trust him and he has helped me through my various illnesses both acute and chronic. He has come to check on me when I have been in the hospital. I really appreciate his personal attention. I would highly recommend him as a physician.
