Services
A proposal is generated which outlines the details of the project such as materials, estimated cost and projected delivery/installation date. To initiate an order of furniture/cabinetry a deposit is made along with approving the proposal. This serves to book the job and starts the making process in my shop.

I ordered a 6 by 3 feet Walnut dining table from Brent. It is spectacular, even exceeding my high expectations. His brother-in-law Ryan delivered the table (arrived within a minute of when he said he would arrive). We carried up the table and chairs one flight to my apartment. Ryan then put the table together for me. Wonderful experience, terrifically nice folks, highly recommend.

Told me a custom desk I wanted "would cost about $750 not including shipping/delivery."
I said great I'll pick it up, Villella started pushing to meet me half of the drive (one way savings of 2 hours) for an extra $175, then in the last message turned around and added an extra charge of $200 for an option we had discussed from the first email describing the project.
Basically this place is money hungry / tried to deceptively increase the price to 150% of what was first said in efforts to snag the business.
Beware what happens to your initial estimate.
