Since Wheaton Academy's founding in 1853, we have existed for the purpose of educating the young people entrusted to it. The school was established on the belief that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge (Proverbs 1:7) of a Savior, and obedience to Him as Lord, as declared in God's Word.
The mission of Wheaton Academy is to nurture growth in students through relationships, excellence, and service to the glory of God. The Bible uses agricultural pictures to illustrate Christian growth and education. This organic imagery contrasts with the factory model of education that spawned the modern day high school.

As a proud alumni member of the class of 2005, I had a great educational experience at this school. The teachers truly care for the well-being of their students and know them on a personal level. The Christian atmosphere is truly contagious in a good way of course. The academic program prepares you for either heading into the work field or college. The extra curriculars are fabulous as well, I was involved with theatre programs as well as a scholastic bowl team. Do not let the price of tuition scare you, they offer many scholarships and financial assistance where needed. If I was still living in

No community is perfect, but Wheaton Academy does a great job in terms of being a place where students can grow in their faith. Teachers are the best part of this school. They do a great job of staying Bible based and at the same time very relevant. Their academics, athletics, and arts are all at a top level.

Really nice campus and staff is extremely nice. Daughter is enrolled to attend the school. Best college preparatory in the area and probable in the country! They really do care for your kids education and how they show up in life. I have full confidence with their teaching method. They’ve upgraded so many parts of their campus. It’s beautiful.

A very good choice to public school in area. A safe, nurturing learning environment. Teachers are screened well and are highly qualified. Classes are on smaller side and allow for lots of interaction among kids and teacher. Lots of opportunities for families to have kids involved in sports, arts and spiritual activities. Some classrooms need updating but funds at private schools are tight and better used to fund learning.

The grounds and campus are beautiful and the faculty, staff and students are even more so! As a parent of 4 graduates and one current student and one to be next year Wheaton Academy has been a GREAT school for our family. Wheaton Academy is a special place. Not only is it beautiful on the outside (grounds, buildings, and campus) but it is even more beautiful on the inside (the people). The faculty, staff, and admin team are incredible people that focus on loving kids and seeing them succeed. Relationships, Service, and Excellence to the glory of God is evident in every way.
