Kimberly Hitchman is a true blessing! I just recently moved to the area from out of state and struggled for quite some time to find the perfect fit for me. I found a few offices that was just horrible, could never get a call back. I'm not sure if it was because of coronavirus or not BUT I started losing hope and this was my last stop before going to a different company all together. My family is in the process of moving to Virginia Beach and I needed to transfer my policies to Virginia. I had contacted another State Farm agent who after more than 10 days and several attempts to contact failed to give me any results. I contacted this office spoke with Teresa.
