From large homeowner associations and extensive commercial complexes to single family homes, we are dedicated to the service of local communities and the stewardship of the environment. We communicate and consult on a regular basis and involve staff throughout the company. We offer respectable pay, direct deposit, profit sharing, position specific benefits, work off on many cultural and holy days, company outings including family days, as well as the opportunity for quarterly bonuses.
All Estimates/Appointments are booked until November currently. One time cleanups, lawn renovations, and mulching jobs can be done via pictures by email/text. There are multiple organic approaches and methods Blacklotus heavily recommends and utilizes in its daily operations. Natural mulches such as wood chips, composts, and bark mulches help to prevent soil erosion, reduce water stress in summer, lower irrigation budgets, and over time build break down and build soil health.

Jon and his crew installed a replacement stone stair to connect our lower yard with a higher patio. The staff were super nice and hardworking. We love the look and once the moss/plants grow back it will be a beautiful accent. Absolutely will hire them again for more projects in the future.

Great work by Blacklotus. They were incredibly professional, upfront about their schedule, and kept us up to date on any delays.
The work they did on our yard was great. They did a very large landscaping job and installed a really nice irrigation system for us. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. We originally thought that their timeline was a bit optimistic but they delivered on time even with being short manpower a couple of days.
We are definitely going through this company again and recommending them to our neighbors.

Blacklotus Landscaping is truly exceptional from A-Z. Their knowledge, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail was present throughout the whole process. I understand why they are booked months out. If you can wait and book with them, I highly suggest you do. You won't regret it. We plan to have them back out for another project in our backyard. For the first project, they removed a retaining wall that was held up with decaying railroad ties, they added soil and seeded the area for grass. These guys really came through for me. My retaining wall in my backyard failed because it was made from rotting railroad ties. This retaining wall was not only holding in my leech field but the foundation of my house which is perched on a steep hillside. John came out and gave me an estimate and was able to start work within days of approval. They then got the job fast and efficiently and exactly on budget. My yard actually now looks 100% better too and is more environmentally friendly since they not ony got rid of the raildroad ties but inserted native plants. I now have a yard full of songbirds

We recently completed a backyard landscaping project using Blacklotus. We removed the existing sod and mulch from the original builder, removed two trees, leveled and graded the area, installed a 500 sq ft paver patio, installed multiple raised planter beds with decorative rocks and a dry river rock creek bed for drainage, ran drip irrigation lines and installed a 20 foot wide custom trellis.
Jon, the owner, and his crew were excellent, thorough, responsive and transparent throughout the project. Jon has an excellent eye for what is possible and is very skilled at what he does. He was always transparent

Blacklotus designed and installed a landscape renovation for my back yard. The project included a paver patio, yard design and plant selection and installation. The resulting project exceeded my expectations to provide a landscape that was not only natural looking but will provide visual interest throughout the year. Highly recommend.
