We offer telephone support during normal business hours, and can make emergency repairs for you over the weekend if necessary. We repair primarily Krauss Maffei, Frimo, & CMTT Mixing Heads. We're also able to repair most brands of other mixing heads and produce replacement parts even without a drawing.
CMTT now offers our own exclusive line of mixing heads. They are infinitely configurable and we offer the most common sizes of L-Style & Straight-Style mix heads. We keep many standard heads in stock and can customize them to fit your needs. Whether you need a fixed-style orifice system, carbide components, a long discharge nozzle, or custom mold adapters, we can make it work for you.
Our extensive knowledge in design and manufacturing has led us to develop new mixing heads that are very functional and compact design that will meet & exceed industry standards. CMTT warrants a new mix head to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, (excluding normal maintenance items - not limited to but including; seals/O-rings, Orifices, and Needles), for 150K shots or 6 Months, whichever occurs first.
We can help you save money by sending you replacement parts that you can replace yourself. We have thousands of Mixing Head parts in stock. Whether you need a complete new Mixing Head or just the injector parts, if it's for Krauss Maffei most likely it is in stock. If not, we can produce your part in a short amount of time for a very fair price.
Since 1980 we are repairing for Customers in USA, CANADA and MEXICO all Krauss Maffei heads exclusively through the Krauss Maffei Corporation. We now offer repair work directly for our customers with a very short turnaround time, low cost, and OEM quality. Our average Repair time is 1-week ARO. Spare parts like head bodies, pins, hydraulic Cylinders, etc. are in stock and that allows a fast turnaround for most KM & FRIMO style Mixing Heads.
