My laptop crashed. I hadn't done a backup in a couple weeks. It's shocking how many files are created and/or updated in a short amount of time until you don't have them anymore. Called Interpreting Technology to hopefully have my files recovered. Within 5 hours I had a full backup of my entire hard drive. Thank you for helping me out when I needed it most!

I let my computer battery go down while I was in the midst of working, and my file was lost.. The people at Interpreting Tech were kind and patient and above all knowledgeable. I got a new laptop and they have restored everything, most importantly my Google account, when I had lost my password. I am a senior who is a bit uninformed about technology. but I feel very confident that these people, especially Adrian, Thomas and Matthew, can keep it going for me. They are the best.

Adrian and his team have been phenomenal to work with. I came into a business with Interpreting Tech already being used as the service provider. We recently have had some connectivity and speed issues due to the former owner refusing to update anything. The problems were really causing a huge headache for the company. The team at Interpreting Tech have bent over backwards for us to get us up and running.

Adrian and his staff at Interpreting Technology have an incredible amount of knowledge about computers and are able to translate that to "non-geek speak". That is they can tell a non- computer person what is wrong without all the computer lingo.

My husband and I have been using Interpreting Technology for both our business and home computers & networks for a few years now. We have NEVER been disappointed! This company has AMAZING customer service, which will keep me as a customer forever. I also just purchased a Dell laptop through them. It was MUCH LESS expensive than the big box retailer in town and they did not try to add any additional software or services to my bill. There is always a small learning curve with a new device, and all I have to do is call in to have them help me remotely and without a charge. LOVE THEM!

Adrian has MANY gifts! He got me through a transition when I purchased a fast-paced pediatric dental practice, and went from paper charts, traditional x-rays and land-line phones to essentially paperless, digital x-rays, and internet phone service. Interpreting Technologies is great! I spent hours trying to make my computer run properly with no success. I had McAfee antivirus running and no matter what I couldn't uninstall it, and besides that the computer was extremely slow and kept crashing. I was ready to throw the thing away until I talked to Adrian. I dropped it off at Interpreting Technologies while they were in the process of moving into there new office. While setting up their new office they managed to completely restore my computer back to new and have it back to me as promised the next day. It was way cheaper than replacing the
