Stopped on at this place a few weeks back because my low tire sensor was showing a low tire. they pulled it in and repaired it. cost me 30.00 bucks. they said there was nothing in the tie just a hole. latter that morning on my way home my low tire fault light came on. I checked the tire pressure and it was good. I tried to reprogram the sensor but it would not program. I took it back to kimberling tire a few days later but they refused to take a look at it. said they were to busy. with my schedule it took me a few weeks to get back in. today I finally was able to stop. Needed new brakes and rotors. $1200.00. Within 3 weeks the brakes were making so much noise when braking, i stopped to have checked. Wrong pads were installed. Not ceramic as called for on my truck. Another 400.00 down the drain. They advertise as Goodyear, but dont participate in warranty with other shops so no reciprocation..

I was very recently employed for this company and behind the scenes Larry is a very toxic,narcissistic and prejudice person. He is the exact definition of a toxic Boss he will smile to a customers face but disrespect his employees. Not only did he disrespect me every week I was there and another employee but then decided to try and get me to sign a paper that said I was fired when I decided to walk out on him. Don't get me wrong the employees work hard And I have alot of respect for them But Larry himself values nothing more than the dollar sign. I now have another job and we work as a team and

Unprofessional and unorganized--the entire Shop. They slave drive their employees to get everything they put on them done in a limited amount of time, so many things are often wrong or missing when you get your vehicle back. The wait times are astoundingly long! But since there's generally 4 employees year round, doing a job where there should be least 6--you can't really be too surprised. Employees seem like good hard working guys with a massive workload but the Owners really just do what they want, when they want. Often times you'll even see the employees working thru their Lunch break, bc the

This was my first visit to Kimberling Tire. I was very impressed by the pleasant attitude and attention paid to the customers. I waited for them to rotate my tires and do a 4 wheel alignment. Several customers were also there. Everyone was treated like family. I asked if they could also install a rear window wiper blade I couldn’t do myself. They told me over the phone how much it would cost for the rotation and alignment, but I was pleasantly surprised they didn’t charge me to install my wiper! All of the work was done right and I am vary pleased. I won’t hesitate to come back in the future

Um it's a no from me. Word of mouth was always good but first hand experience with them says always get a second opinion ... I have taken my jeep here twice now. 1st time they couldn't find the problem..i took it to another mechanic it was a bad battery.. now here we are 2 years later a new problem same thing they couldn't find the problem wanted to take a guess and replace transfer case for the low low price of $3000.00 ..took it down the road ended up being a simple joint fix for $300. So greatful I didn't take their word on it..
