Our Occoquan, Virginia store also sells Brother, Janome, and Juki machines. We have a genuine love for sewing and embroidery and we want to share that with you. This 3 Class Series will help you master the basics of Machine Applique. The first class, Machine Applique, we will be discussing stabilizers, making a Sunflower Block and demonstrating a friendly technique to turn edges. The Second class will be lettering with Raw Edge Applique. The third class, we will be creating our own Applique pieces.

Class includes the fabrics and notions to complete the project unless otherwise noted in the description. Learn basic sewing skills, sewing machine & tool basics, sew seams & a pillowcase with French seams.
Sew Easy Sewing proudly offers factory trained and certified technicians to repair and service your Baby Lock or other sewing machine. We do a full service on every machine. We want to make sure when your machine leaves our repair center it is as close to being like new as possible. Bring in your machine to one of our three locations during regular business hours for a quick no cost triage.

This shop is great. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable of the machine. I love that they do repairs onsite and have a good selection of extra accessories. I drive all the way from Maryland to get my machines serviced here. I’ve been to other sewing shops and this one has been the best. Because I am younger, many people at other shops wouldn’t take me seriously or be as friendly with me. Not this shop. I’m always greeted and made very welcome. Do me a favor and check them out! I asked to have my Janome sewing machine repaired and serviced. It was given a general cleaning and returned to me. I was told how to order the parts online and install it myself.
I have always gotten good service in this friendly store but I will not use them again. If I had wanted to fix my machine myself, I would not have asked them to do it for me.

As a non-sewer, I was warmly welcomed into this full-service sewing shop. The owner helped me with personalized customer service, and terrific product knowledge. I had no idea that technology had come so far - I might think about learning to sew! They had a class going on, and I thought this seemed like a wholesome activity to introduce kids to - it would make a nice grandma and grandchild bonding day!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience for the last two days at Judie’s Destiny/Solaris Boot Camp! She is a wonderful owner, and you will learn a lit from her and her staff when visiting het shop or taking a class. I would not hesitate to buy a machine from her. During this Boot Camp she brought in two other wonderful educators as well, Betty and Kris. We had a great time and learned a lot more on our Destiny!

Sew Easy Sewing gets a lot of extra credit for customer service.
During our road trip, we tried to stop in at at least one #RowbyRow2016 (https://www.rowbyrowexperience.com) quilt shop in each state that we passed through. In New Mexico, we selected Sew Easy Sewing due to their awesome row selection. However, we knew we would be passing through the state on a Sunday, when most quilt shops are closed. Before our trip my wife contacted them, and they said for us to call them when we got to town. We did call them, and they opened the store for us on that Sunday afternoon. And did I mention
