Dr. James Lynch is a board-certified spinal neurosurgeon with 25 years of experience. He specializes in complex spine surgery, cervical disorders, degenerative spine, spinal deformities, trauma, tumor infection and minimally invasive spine surgery. Be careful about the equipment they recommend. For a broken pinky toe she gave me a full size foot boot up to my knee that cost be $200! I was foolish to accept it, but I did not know it could have simply been tapped up and been fine. I do not appreciate recommending products that are not necessary.

As someone with complex and often less well-understood chronic health conditions, I felt wary to visit a new provider as a brand new transplant to the area with no primary provider or local connections. But I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable everyone here was. From the front office staff, to the imaging technicians, to the care providers; I have never had a better urgent care experience.
Urgent orthopedic care is priceless, but they take it to the next level and I greatly appreciate the services they offer and the manner in which they offer them!

Oh my goodness! What a pleasant surprise! We are traveling in our rv when my arthritic knee flared up to the point that I knew I could not wait until we got back to Arkansas to see my regular Ortho doctor. I have never felt more comfortable at an urgent care clinic than I did when visiting Swift. Their staff listened to my concerns, doubts, and comments and did everything they could to make sure I felt listened to and comfortable. Setting up appointments, making payments was quick and easy. I was always able to speak to a live person when calling in to confirm appointment times, cancel or reschedule. Overall my experience with Swift was amazing, thank you to the wonderful staff!!

I wanted to write a review for a very special employee at the time when I talked to her she was in scheduling her name was Mariah! She was polite and awesome! I just loved she was quick to respond and helped me with my situation I was in and answered all questions and got the job done! My husband hurt his foot and she worked with me and my schedule to be able to get him in, in a timely manner if you ever have questions or need answers and need help Mariah is your girl! I don't often write reviews unless something is really bad or really amazing. I have now been to SWIFT twice, once two years ago and then again today. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is so kind and helpful. You don't feel rushed and they take you seriously. Both visits I saw Candalera and she is such a wonderful person. She sat down talked to me about my issue and came up with a plan to figure out why I am having this issue. Please know that if you need to see someone about an ortho related injury or problem , you will be in great hands here.

I was in so much pain due to sciatica. I could barely walk, especially in the mornings. I requested an appointment on their website and I received a reply within the same day. They took me in the next day. NO WAITING. It was fabulous. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I even received an order for physical therapy with the therapist of my choice. Thought I had a spider bite on my knee, swelling, stiff and painful. I saw my PCP last Friday who put me on antibiotic, said if it persisted to go to Swift Urgent Care. Had a painful night so I called and went in. Staff was very friendly , saw PA C. Slider who diagnosed a bursitis on the knee cap explaining what it was. Took X-rays and she came back showing me the inflammation. She explained the course of treatment, anti inflammatory and wear leg brace to keep knee calm to heal.

This place is great. I was able to see someone the morning I called, the check in was swift, and the NP was great. Her demeanor was super professional and calming. Everybody that worked there was upbeat and helpful. I was able to get X-rays right there and rule out a fracture. Lastly they have some great doggie paintings on the wall. I took some pictures to show my son. Will definitely return if ever the need arises.

I had such a positive experience at SWIFT with a back emergency that I actually can't believe it. I had spine surgery ten years ago and on occasion, as an older athlete, I have flare-ups of either the injured disc or back/hip muscles. This time was a very bad muscular problem and I needed help right away; I could hardly walk, could hardly sit; I basically could not move. I called while being driven to their office and they took me even though they were minutes away from not accepting walk-ins on a Friday afternoon. My daughters shoulder got broke and the ER team at renown referred me to another orthopedic. I could not get a hold of the orthopedic that was recommended and all my daughters info was faxed to. After many calls and voicemails with no response. I went to the internet to find an orthopedic that could help my daughter. Swift came up and I decided to give them a call. Swift is amazing! I have had to go twice for an arm injury within the last two weeks. Even as an urgent care patient without an appointment they had me taken back and cared for in no time. My second appointment was a scheduled follow up and I didn't even take a seat in the waiting room before I was put in the room and Dr came right in. We need more offices that understand our time is just as important as their time.

This Sparks location has friendly staff who get things done. I went in to have x-rays and a consultation. I ended up getting more than that. Time with Cassidy and the team and got the treatment I needed. The cortisone shots in my hands were not fun to get, but by this evening I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. Thank you team! I have been to several doctors and done countless remedies for my back and shoulder pain that I've been experiencing for almost 2 years now. Not 1 doctor or remedy has helped. As time goes on it gets worse and worse.
Today I went to Swift UC on Vista and it was such a great and refreshing experience. I was checked in by a very nice woman that was compassionate and friendly. Which is hard to find a anymore. She had me sit with her to do my paperwork and answered my questions as I did for her. As soon as I was finished I was taken back IMMEDIATELY. I got back and they put me in my own private room

My mother received outstanding, prompt, service today when she came for a follow-up appointment after a recent accident. We were greeted immediately by Nichole who expedited the check in process. Dr. Candy provided a very thorough examination and spent quality time with us. My BF was badly hurt in a skiing accident and dislocated his shoulder and received numerous skin abrasions. After numerous problems with home healthcare nurses and even his own Dr trying to help, we discovered Bruce and the wonderful team at Swift Urgent Clinic (the new Reno location). I have a weird situation. My knee bleeds internally and has to be drained a lot!! I showed up and was treated better than I have been treated at any urgent care I have ever been to!!! The staff was upbeat and so positive. Then Bruce Gallio met me in the patient room and was beyond being an expert but treated me as a friend. He was truly warm and concerned. This clinic is extremely slick. It is an extension of SPINE NV which is arguably the best Spine/Neurosurgery practice in Northern Nevada. The staff was able to quickly get me in and started on a treatment plan. The office has a direct referral for physical therapy, and if needed advanced radiology to specialized surgery. I highly recommend this office for your ortho/sports/spine related injuries.

We went there because my husbands hand was hurting and they were close by so that is a plus. We were amazed at how fast we were checked in and seen by the doctor. The staff is very friendly and the waiting area has coffee tea lemon water and even some cookies. This was nice to have a hot cup of coffee especially since it was cold outside. The doctor was awesome he explained everything to us.
