Absolutely horrible. Owner refuses to deal with unresolved customer issues. We have been calling and leaving emails since last week to no avail. Long story short, We are still waiting on half of our order..I truly wish I had read these reviews before spending my teams' parents money. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable service. Our shipping date was pushed back several times, our season is over, and we still have no uniforms. We were told we could not have a refund. This company definitely did not live up to their expectations! I am with the Philly City Astros, we ordered our team uniforms, warm up suits, book bags, etc in Oct of 2019. Payment was made in December and we were promised merchandise in Jan 2020. We received one uniform and nothing else. We were promised the rest of our merchandise weeks later. It’s now March and we haven’t received ANYTHING, except for the run around. At this point we asked for a refund, we have not received confirmation on that either. This might be one of the worse businesses I've encountered in my adult life!!! Unreliable, incompetent, falsifiers, irresponsible, I probably could fill this post up with words but I won't. My flag football team decided to try this company out with uniforms home and away, top and bottom. We decided to break the order up into 2 separate ones with getting home jerseys only first (Blue). Our team consist of around 18 people and the order was put in and paid for at the beginning of March with the season set to start the 2nd week in April. Stumbled upon Tunnel Vision on Instagram. The social media team rep Rodell was very responsive and helpful; from the mock up design to delivery of our team gear. We're very excited and happy with our practice jerseys that pretty much looks like a uniform. We'll definitely use Tunnel Vision services again!

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional, No accountability, Liars, simply a Sad bunch of men. I placed an order for my flag football team Sept 15th I was told that the process was 4-8 weeks for completion of the jerseys. I paid using cashapp as I had collected payments from members on my team via that service. We ordered a total of 17 jerseys first order was 15 jerseys followed by 2 addition several days later. We went over specifics with what we wanted on them. Was assured that we would be fine and taken care of. After I paid the money for the jerseys everything switched it was on to the races

TunnelVision is amazing! Kyle Williams who was the one that i was in contact with for the entire process for the uniform package was great! He answered any questions we had was patient with us and provided great customer service. The uniforms designs are amazing and definitely worth the wait. We recommend all teams to use TunnelVision for any team apparel. New World 2029 is definitely thankful it chose TunnelVision!

This company is horrible! I placed an order on April 2, 2018. When I placed the order, I never received a confirmation through email that my order was received. I called the company the next day about 10 times before someone actually answered the phone. I was told that the order had been received and that they would email me the receipt that day and they never did. I've left a few voicemails and several emails since then. They finally responded to one of my emails about a week later and assured me that my product will be shipped and I will receive it shortly. Well guess what??? It's June

If you're looking to have your money held hostage and your child disappointed - this is the place for you! Parents from my son's football team came together to purchase the team letterman jackets for such an outstanding season. The order was place roughly around November 19th and we were suppose to have the order before Christmas. Today is February 7th and our order is still incomplete. Do yourself a favor and save your money, time and energy. Tunnel Vision's staff and management should be ashamed of their unethical behavior to hard working children.

Tunnel vision did an amazing job on my order for 19 football bag for my 70lb central team for Severn. I actually gave my boys the bags last night & they loved them. We are all satisfied with the outcome of our bags and will continue to do business with tunnel vision next year & many more years after. Myself and team needed shirts/jerseys for our military unit's flag football team with an exact design we used from another T-shirt designing website and we needed it in a hurry!
