Gave them 3 pairs of pants to hem and was told 2-3 weeks. Stopped in a month later and they said "not done yet but we will finish this week". Called them a week later and they said "cut to length but not sown yet". Stopped in after 8 TOTAL WEEKS or waiting and they were not only NOT done, they HADN'T EVEN STARTED. Took my pants back and took them to Milly's, she had them done in about 8 business days. I should have just gone to Milly in the first place, I will NEVER use Model again for anything.

For starters we just wanted an item dry cleaned. They said it was couldn't be done. So they had to full clean it, and never notified us about the changes. Then we're charged the "full clean"price. No problem. I expect the charge if the service was good. ...
It wasn't.
Terrible service. When called back the rude lady told us she'd give us 10$ off and to bring it back a second time. What a joke. Please use another laundry service than this company. Insulting to America!

I never understood the poor rating as I had always been treated fairly whenever I sent my clothes for dry cleaning. I decided to take my pants here to get it hemmed and after 2 months of not hearing anything back, I called. A lady literally yelled at me over the phone that she’s busy and I will get my pants back when she has the time to do it. I have never been treated so poorly. Needless to say, it’s been 3 months now and I still haven’t gotten my pants back. I am never going back there again. And since she’s busy, I am guessing losing one customer won’t hurt her business.

I work and find employment opportunities for people who have disabilities (that does NOT mean they are incompetent) so I came in and asked if they were hiring. The owner said she “didn’t need anymore people with problems” and basically told us to get out...I’ve never met anyone more evil. Just because of her blunt discrimination I wouldn’t take my business there. It truly made me feel sick that there are people who behave this way.

They have always done an excellent job on anything I've ever brought in... Even when I found a pair of jeans that had silicone on them (for about 2 years and had gone through the dryer at my home)... Mr. Tom worked his magic, even though he was skeptical it would ever come out after all that time..... Well, almost ALL of it came out and my daughter was so very happy!!! I understand that I should have gotten it in sooner than I did, but, thank you for always being so awesome at getting most of our stains out!!

They’re terrible at starching my welding shirts, I’ve told them multiple times dropping shirts off to not press the buttons because they bend them and screw them up. Then they act like nothings wrong and charge you the same price anyway even though all the buttons are ruined. I don’t mind taking pants here but I suggest if you have brass buttons or buttons that bend easy to do it yourself.

Had a last minute wedding to attend as a bridesmaid, found my dress at a thrift store, so it stank to high heaven.
Came to Model Drive In a week before the wedding and the gal there told me they would have to charge me a "rush price" for only giving them five days. I had no choice, so agreed to the price.
When I went to pick it up, there was a guy there. He charged me what I knew was normal price. I told him that I agreed to the rush price,he said, "don't worry about it! Enjoy the wedding!"
That's small town service!
