Family owned and operated since 1992, Superior Auto Body is a 50,000 square foot facility specializing in auto body repair and paint. With 30 service bays, our I-CAR Gold and I-CAR Platinum certified technicians and painters work with 2 Chief frame machines, 2 down draft paint stations, and the Dupont Cromax Pro waterborne paint system.
Family owned and operated since 1992, Superior Auto Body is a 50,000 square foot facility specializing in auto body repair and paint, serving San Diego County since 1992. We do our best to prepare a correct estimate since the first time, occasionally this requires minor disassembly of damaged areas to get a closer look at the "not so obvious" that often happens in an accident.
We use only the highest quality paints from Dupont Refinish. They are based on Dupont Science that's delivered some of the most respected and innovated products. The Cromax Pro waterborne products give a good long lasting finish with one of the industries best warranties. The water based product has less impact on the environment so we get to help the great outdoors stay great.

Took my vehicle in recently, was very happy with their overall service/attention/notifications. I was given a reasonable timeframe for repair, prior to dropping it off with just simply sharing pictures of damages. Then pleasantly surprised with news it would be done sooner. My biggest surprise, was how awesome their repair turned out, looked brand new! I highly recommend this auto shop.

Customer service was lacking. What I didn’t like is how slow they were at asking what you needed when you walk in but maybe they were busy. Also when I did get the repairs to my car a lot of small parts were missing. I asked about the missing parts and the guy who has taken over my repairs said “oh they’re on back stock but we have them ordered. I’ll call you when we have them in.” He never called. I called multiple times after that and got the same run around. So in the end I gave up and just decided I’d buy the parts myself out of my own expense. I won’t be referring anyone here

I have never had a better experience with any auto repair shop. Joe returned my car to me with a significant facelift to my front and back bumpers which were coming off. The work was high quality and quickly completed, and I was charged a fair price. Thank you to Joe, and technicians for their outstanding service and for treating me like family.

Customer service was okay, I took my car because I was involved in a extremely small accident, the car behind me was rear ended and he hit the back part of my car, leaving a little bump and perforation. The first time that I took my car, they promised me to change the whole piece to assure the car look like new, when I came back to pick up my car they just fixed the perforation but they never replaced it. I took my car again because I realized they did not fixed a little bump that was in the back. After weeks of waiting for them to accept my car, I left my car with them once again. After picking

Worst customer service I've ever experienced over the phone. I was rear ended and want and out of pocket estimate before I decide what I'm doing. He wanted to talk over the whole time, then said walk in estimates are welcome then in the same breath I had to make an appointment. He kept arguing with me that I needed to go though insurance, he does that because they have higher rates for insurance companies. I'm familiar with a process as I've worked in automotive shops for 13 years. Rude and very unhelpful.

I am totally happy with the body work done on my car. The customer service was great. I was able to get my car in and appraised immediately and get the work started. Work was not unduly slowed waiting for needed parts. My rental car was brought to the shop for me. My car was detailed beautifully, cleaned inside and out --- something I did not expect! Not only that, I can bring it back for another FREE detailing in 30 days. The appraiser, Jr., is a positive, energetic and happy person who makes it clear that he wants you to be happy as well.
