Alex Laffond came to our house and went over the process of what he would be doing for us. He made us feel less stress during this crazy day. He was professional, personable and worked very hard to get the tree and debris off the roof. The tarp was placed over the holes and secured with sandbags. He did a great PROFESSIONAL job! I have dealt with this company a couple of times for a few of my properties for mold issues. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful in the time of need. The team that showed up was very quick and moved the process right along. They made the situation a lot less stressful for me and my tenants. For any future issues, I will be using Complete DKI!
