Just had the most awful experience with your Midwest "Manager" Joanne Coleman.
Since we met at Stylemax in Chicago (in July), I've had to track her down to place our bag order.
For the last 2 months I've been waiting for an email from her on whether or not we can place the order, but still to no avail. She also never answers the phone. You guys made this person a manager? With THESE people skills? Was there any training?
It's never been so difficult to give a company my small business's money. When I finally did get through to her TODAY, she actually asked me, "why are you calling from an unlisted
