After graduating from the Aveda Institute as a fully licensed esthetician in 2009, Diane has specialized in the art of body waxing.
One of the pleasures I have as a Master Waxer is my great clientele base. I had the opportunity to wax a number of the cast members of The Lion King, which included Simba. The cast members were required to be totally hair free due to their costumes so it was a joy to accomplish this for such a great dance troupe.

I've been here twice. You have to make an appointment. No walk ins. You can book online or call her. I booked online. It's super easy. She sends you a text to verify that your appointment has been received. I compared her prices to about 20 other waxing salons across San Antonio and I thought her prices we very reasonable. $55 for a Brazilian wax (which took about 30 minutes), $275 for a Full Body Wax. She was very professional and efficient. She only accepts cash, which may be inconvenient if you don't typically carry cash. But I say she's great because I have zero tolerance

If I could give Diane more stars I would. This was my lst time getting waxed. Was nervous but Diane answered All my guestions and made me feel comfortable and it wasn't that bad to get waxed.. she is very professional and nice.. I most definitely be back in 6 weeks. I had an appt at 3:30, at that time I called to ask for the suite number, I was already by the H‑E‑B grocery store (2 mins at max travel time). I dialed in so she buzzed me in. After taking my temperature at the entrance and walking thru the maze of salons I found the studio, by then it was 10 mins passed my appt. She said she could not take me because she had a 4pm appointment. Mind you, I had a Brazilian wax scheduled-impossible to do in 30 mins. I would have appreciated that she would have told me that she would not take me over the phone or on the speaker when she buzzed me. Waste of time

Unfortunately, I probably won't go back to this establishment. From the time I arrived, I waited 10 mins before she returned to the room (which I did not complain about, however, if your policy is for the client to be on time, then it goes both ways). She came in, I asked questions pertaining to the level of care, detail, and use of products. Her response was a bit "out there", but again, I was satisfied enough with the response to continue. Once she started, she immediately took her phone out (repeatedly) and texted without a word, an apology, a NEW glove nothing... the waxing process

Diane is so unprofessional and rude!! She did a horrible and painful job doing my wax I went to get my under arms and Brazilian done after she finished my under arms I told her I was sick so I could get the heck out of there! I have had many waxes and one has never been so painful she could not rip the strips off in one piece and used WAY TOO Hot of wax! Then tried using left over cold wax to get my other armpit started! There was no way I was letting her do my Brazilian! I have no idea how she is in business if you go to her as a regular I'm sorry you should try anywhere

I have been going to Diane for almost 5 years since I moved to Texas. She is amazing. She provides the right balance of talking and not. Sometimes I want to chat and other times I just want to zone out. She remembers who I am and always asks me about certain things. I personally like having the TV on. It helps distract from the pain and keeps your mind occupied. She does a great and through job. I recommend her to anyone looking for a wax.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews on here about Diane's customer service skills. She provides high quality work for a very reasonable price. And fast! I got a brazillian wax, underarms, and chin done in just over 30 minutes. And under 100 bucks! She nothing but friendly, professional, and polite. The T.V. being on is OK. It distracts from the occasional sting! Very happy with her service. My skin feels buttery smooth!

I’ve been going to Diane for 4 years and she’s amazing. Never any missed spots and she’s incredibly fast. She’s very friendly and always has a good tv show on. I tried Europe’s wax center when one opened super close to my house but Diane’s skills are just untouchable. My hair grew back as though I had shaved but not with Diane. Price is extremely low for her quality of work!!

I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax last week. I was referred to Diane specifically for this service by a friend. I wish I had read the reviews prior and I probably would have thought twice about seeing her. The negative reviews about her are very accurate. She was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I was on time for my appointment so that was no excuse for her behavior. I went to Diane about a total of 4 times, she had good prices, almost unbeatable until I went to European Wax Center (way better in my opinion). Diane is rude, and unprofessional. She does not engage with her clients, she will make condescending comments. I never truly felt comfortable with her, especially because she would never wax with her undivided attention. Always watched TV while waxing, and would wax without warning. She's an old bitter lady who knows nothing about customer service

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. When confirming the appointment it is stated in the email that she would not accept anyone FIVE minutes late. My appointment was at 5:00. I arrived 10 minutes earlier and could hear that she was speaking with someone so I politely waited outside and decided to knock at 4:58 so she would know that I arrived in time. I heard no response even though she said she responded. And so at 5:05 I knocked again. This time I heard her and it was because she yelled saying that she was busy. I've been going to Diane for a few years now. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. I do both my face and brazillian with her and would never go anywhere else. Her schedule fills up quickly so I recommend scheduling in advance. Her appointments run on time as scheduled so be early or on time.

I have always had such a great experience with Diane. She is very professional and is the absolute best at waxing! The business is very clean and sanitary and you won't see any "double-dipping" here (meaning a new stick/applicator is used every time & never dips backs into wax after it's intial use).
