I have always had really great speedy services at Baltazar's. This most recent visit the staff and mechanic went above and beyond to troubleshoot all the issues I was having since my engine light came on. They were able to resolve the issues, did it at a fair price and in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to visit them for all my mechanical needs. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I was leaving work around 4:45pm when I realized I had a flat. I called Baltazar’s and asked if they would see me on such short notice near the end of their day. They said come on in. I get there and they bring my car around the back, find the puncture, plug it, and I was driving away at 5:15pm. Incredible service and affordable prices. I’m never going anywhere else.

There customer service is horrible and they’ve tried to charge me $40 extra dollars to get a tire put on I was already buying from them. When I told Balthazar that I have receipts from his shop from before and they’ve never charged me for tire installation when I purchased tires from them. He then started raising his voice telling me I was wrong… then I send my boyfriend in the next day and they didn’t charge him at all for tire installation like always 🤣🤣 what a joke! Balthazar also treats his employees like crap. Yells at them all day long and always has

Very fair price for studded tires. For as busy as they were, I walked in and was able to pay for and have a new set mounted and balanced and on my way in about 45 minutes to an hour. I'd say that's pretty good for a walk in. Only complaint is the inside door handle of my truck was black and dirty from the installer when he got in and out of my truck. Just recommend they wear disposable rubber gloves to keep from transferring grease and grime to customers vehicles. Other than that, I will definitely be back for my summer tires.

On September 24th, 2021, around 9:00am, my mom's truck broke down in front of this tire shop. She was heading to this shop since she was experiencing issues with her wipers hoping they could help. However, as she was about to arrive, the engine of the car all of a sudden turned off. My mom tried to call a tow truck to get the car moving out of the way. However, one employee from this shop proceeded to have a nasty, disrespectful, and rude attitude toward her. He was saying 'you cannot be blocking people coming through', 'you cannot park here' rather than asking what was the problem or asking if

I am so disappointed that you tried taking advantage of our 17 year old daughter. She came in for a tire swap and alignment. You charged her an extra $60 for an inspection she never requested, told her that her car wasn't drivable and needed $800 in repairs, and when she called you on it you laughed at her as if admitting to it. Thankfully she listens to us and read her paperwork before paying and wasn't stupid enough to believe you and also talked to us first. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never recommend you guys again!

DANGEROUS! has tires changed over l when I left and my tire flew off because they did not put them on right. (mind you this happen to my husband 2 years prior but we decide to give them a second chance). neither manger or owner bothered to call me back.
