The idea was set in motion in 2018 by two fathers with entrepreneurial spirits, minds full of creativity, and hearts wanting only the best laundry experiences not only for their own families, but families of the community as well. Our pick up laundry service is only $1.55 a pound with a $35 minimum. We also offer Rush services for a little more. The laundry pickup and delivery service is available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5pm. The turnaround time for our laundry delivery service is 24-48 hours except Friday pickups, which will be delivered on Monday.
My Laundry Spot offers laundry delivery service near Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove, CA, and the surrounding areas. Our pick up laundry service near Folsom, Roseville, and Elk Grove, CA services about 10 cities and areas around the laundromat. We know that life is extremely busy and there is so much to do in the greater Sacramento area.
For wash and fold, we use a high grade commercial laundry detergent and name brand softener and softener sheets. If you'd like some of your clothes hung up, just bring us the hangers and we'll do it for you. Our fluff and fold starts at only $1.55 a pound for 24hr-48hr service. If you need your clothes laundered and returned on the same day, we charge $1.85 a pound if dropped off before noon or 24 hours after noon.

This laundry mat is magnificent!! The employees truly care a whole lot about their customers. Like today, I accidentally overloaded one of their small washers with a heavy fuzzy blanket that I had gotten from a free clothing organization and I was $2.00 short in order to put it into another washer to finish washing. So I thought that I had to give it up to whomever needed it after I had bagged it up and handed it over to the manager. The manager put it into the other room to hand over to somebody else. Great spot but with as many different ethnic peoples that go in to wash youd think they'd have more TV's with different languages of each big ethnic group in the area! Right ??

I love coming here, but I dont understand why there is never anyone working??
Ive been here now over an hr almost 2 and havent seen not one person who works here nor has the window been up since Ive been here so we cannot get any change, no snacks, no launder soaps or anything .. Rang the doorbell tons of times and no answer... And nobody lets kids use the bathroom, they have to go on the side of the building or something... Just wish somebody worked here so we can buy and get what we need

This place is awesome and the manager Liz is dope! They even have a place for kids to play. But this new girl Kari is always on her phone, slow to respond, and disappears and comes back with some guy. Super unprofessional. Sometimes you just need a little help and you can't get it. Shout out to Cherron cause she is the bizzz!!!

Do not go to this place! They are prejudiced! I doubt with worker Angela and security guard Albert when I was there. I started my wash and then walk my dogs when I came back in Angela confronted me said can I help you. I stayed at yes I need to use the restroom she said okay well it doesn't work can I help you. Totally rude and didn't believe I was the customer. I also seen her confront a Mexican with the same confrontation. She's totally racist and totally rude and should be fired. I was washing my uniforms to start a new job and now they're all wrinkled and I have to try to

I was told to be there after 6 am to drop off my laundry to pick it up around 2 pm- no one was there at 8:30 am. I call the number and no one answered. I go back out to my truck and here comes the company van clearly decked out with the company logo. She sees me, I raise up my hand to get her attention and all she does is shrug her shoulders. Thanks for the dirty clothes.

My washer broke down a few days ago and I had to find somewhere ASAP to get all my laundry done on my only day off. I found this gem right by my house and the customer service is amazing. The lady in the front welcomed me in, showed me the different machines, and showed me how to use them as well! I had a great experience here!

Don't use the wash and fold service.
1.Sudden schedule change without notice
: I ordered pick up on Friday and delivery on Saturday but they suddenly changed the delivery date on Monday and told me this on Friday when the driver came home.
2. Late for delivery
: The delivery date was Monday between 1 pm to 3 pm but got delivery on Tuesday after 4 pm.
3.Missing laundry
: Driver came home 3 times to get missing laundry. Found 2 strange clothes inside my laundry. Eventually couldn't found some of my towels.

They advertise laundry drop off service, but whenever I come in, the front area is closed and the ring doorbell doesn't get answered. I came in multiple times (morning and then after work) to try to catch the workers. No luck. I call the number for the store and nobody answers. This is during normal business hours. So frustrating when you have a ton of errands to run around town. The place is cute, and if you're coming in to do your own laundry, then it'll do. Just don't offer a service if you're not going to actually provide it.

The facility and machines and the fact that credit cards are usable there make me give it five stars.
Minus one star because the clients abuse the machines. They come in with a half years worth of laundry and stuff the machines to their maximum.
And because there can be multiple large families with their members all doing the laundry or watching, it can be unnerving.
It is a fantastic place, well run/managed but the North Highland groups are very sketchy. I bring only my Drivers license and my credit card. I was nearly jumped/robbed in the broad daylight by two guys who flanked me when

My Laundry spot is a fantastic place for family laundry time. The staff is always helpful and awesome and today I visited and Ashley was SUPER helpful. Our card wouldn't work with the machine and she helped us figure it out and was kind and sweet the whole time. Awesome service here.
New visit Halloween 2019. Once again amazing service. Cat is super friendly and very helpful as always. I dont think I have ever had a better experience at a laundromat. Kudos guys.

I normally don't go to laundromats. Wow, they've come a long way! I was impressed with the facility and even more impressed with the super friendly team member. I don't recall her name, but she has a big smile.
I would've given 5 stars, but NO AC in Sacramento! Pretty ridiculous given there are dryers running consistently. Turn the AC on!

Nice remolded laundry mat. They advertise free drying but only give you the credit size of your washer. Today I paid for a six load washer and when I went to dry the machine only gave me one credit. I asked the worker an older Hispanic lady with a heavy accent and she tried to help but kept telling me she will get in trouble if she gives me more than one credit. How am I suppose to dry my clothes with your "Free Dry" for only seven minutes? This laundry has potential but they need to just make all the dryers free like Love Laundry and monitor the customers drying

This place is full of creativity, clean, safe, friendly helpful staff and their new laundry machines are super great and they have FREE drying with a wash! I have stolen my wife's laundry a few times to give her the week off and used there 8 load washers to get it all done super fast. They even have a full service option too!
AND our kids LOVE the kids zone with the projected video game on the floor! There NEEDS to be more of these laundry spots!!! A+
