Dr. Abeles has been in private practice since 1997. Dr. Abeles specializes in treating Cosmetic, Laser, Medical and Surgical Dermatology patients of all ages.
Your daily at home skin care routine is the key to maintaining your skins health and appearance. With so many available cosmeceuticals, it is hard to know what may be effective and right for your skin. What are the active ingredients and what is the science that supports their use? Are the active ingredients in the correct forms or concentrations to be effective?
Please read all forms carefully. On the day of your appointment, please bring these forms with you and give them to the receptionist upon your arrival. By filling out these documents at home you will save time in the office. In order to print Abeles Dermatology forms, you must have Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer.
From NY State take the Garden State Parkway South to the Schoolhouse Road exit. At the stop sign make a left and proceed 1.7 miles to Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Grand Avenue and make your next right into our parking lot at 221 West Grand Avenue, Montvale, New Jersey. Abeles Dermatology Aesthetic & Laser Arts is located on the first floor in Suite 102B.

Terrible bedside manner. Brought my teen daughter in to be seen for acne issues, and while she was in the chair being examined, Dr. Abeles commented to her assistant that my Daughter's hair was greasy, which really embarrassed her. Then we were quoted $200 for skin care products to clear up acne. Way overpriced. Very unfriendly and terrible experience. We won't be back.

I have been a frequent patient of Dr. Abeles' practice for the past year. I started last year with her PA Iwona who helped me finally clear up my acne. This year Dr. Abeles expertly provided me with several laser sessions which helped reduce a very prominent scar on my forehead that I was extremely self conscious about. I am so grateful for all the wonderful care. Also Lorraina at the front desk is so helpful about notifying me of appointments that open up so I can get in faster.

I wasn't even able to see Dr. Abeles, which I find strange as it was my first visit. Had questions regarding insurance and payment and the front office came across as a little condensing, I felt I was intruding on their time. As for the actual visit, I was able to address my main concern however it felt EXTREMELY rushed. The PA did all her teachings however I wasn't able to speak much. RN came into room to move things along (even more so) as she typed away on computer, back towards me, to put in scripts and document my visit. Overall there are other offices that Ive been to that treat their patients

I have been to Dr. Abeles twice now and each time was an extremely positive experience. The office is very covid-cautious which I appreciate and staff is SO sweet and friendly. Dr. Abeles is incredibly knowledgable and thorough...definitely the best experience I have ever had at a dermatology office. She took the time to explain everything and answered all of my (many) questions. I feel like they can handle all of my skin care needs and would highly recommend to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Abeles and her staff. Visited her office about one year ago for normal checkup after searching for a good dermatologist. She came highly recommended and now I see why. She is very thorough, pleasant to talk too and answers every one of my questions and never makes me feel rushed at all. She will ensure all your questions are answered.

To the team at Abeles Dermatology ... from the receptionists to Dr. Ivanka, her assistant, etc., I cannot begin to express the level of gratitude for the compassion, care and professionalism from each and everyone of you. I SO highly recommend this dermatologist office! My experience was amazing and words just can't describe their level of work and the time they spent with me. From the minute you walk in the office it is welcoming and friendly. The staff is truly the best. Dr. Abeles takes as much time as you need to answer all questions intelligently and gives you various treatment options. While she does recommend her own line it is not pushed upon you in any way. The front desk is always so pleasant when I call for a last minute appointment. Overall considering you have to be at a doctor's office the experience is pleasant and positive. You feel they really have an interest n your welfare and comfort.
