Recently moved to Waco and purchased a new construction home. Reached out to Kendrick to discuss an inspection and he was immediately helpful and responsive. Over the course of the construction, closing was pushed back and we actually had to reschedule the inspection multiple times. He was always open, willing and responsive to texts with all of the changes and was kind and professional throughout. Had no issues with the multiple changes and charged nothing extra. When it came time to the actual inspection, he did this on his own and then went over everything with me and showed me all the areas
