Services
Powder coat painting is one of the most popular metal finishes our customers utilize. The durability and overall quality of this finishing method makes it an attractive option for many customers focused on industry standards.
In fact, typical ferrous (steel, iron) and non-ferrous (aluminum, zinc) components coated in this method exceed the requirements for dry film appearance and durability specified by current agricultural, aerospace, automotive, government, medical and construction equipment industries. At KVF Quad, we can paint just about anything.

Abrasive blast finishing generates clean, anchor finishes and creates ready-to-weld substrates. This method of metal finishing uses compressed air to propel media to clean and remove scale, rust, markings, previous coatings, or weld splatter from component surfaces, resulting in a quality product for our customers.
Shot blasting is an aggressive process that generates anchor surface, removes tight mill scale, previous coatings, or foundry slag, and leaves components with a uniform exterior surface finish. Customers who use this service receive quality parts that are not only visually appealing but also more consistent when used in a manufacturing application.
Customers wanting to deburr, radius, descale, burnish, clean and brighten metal components will find an excellent solution in vibratory finishing their products. Vibratory finishing allows us to control the time, vibration motion and flow of lubricant to quickly produce the desired results. With a variety of equipment types and sizes and hundreds of media types, KVF Quad has the capability to meet unique customer specifications.

Came here for a delivery, i showed up at 230pm and when i knocked on the door some guy basically told me they stop working at 2 and slammed the door in my face. My company informed me that they were notified I would arrive at 3.
I am staying the night here in town to deliver this load tomorrow morning when I could have been home with my family. None of this is a big deal except for the overly rude employee. I really didn't need to put up with this losers attitude regardless of his situation, I'm just trying to do my job. He didn't even tell me what time to come back, who to call, or anything.

It would have gotten a 5 but the difficulty of backing and lining up an OTR truck and trailer with the dock and the location being so far from the interstates has to make it lose at least one star lol. Outside of that employees are respectful and even if one is not in a good mood they don't take it out on drivers.
