I was nervous going into my appointment but the front desk staff and Rachel immediately made me feel at ease. Rachel used Botox to lift one of my brows, now my brows are sisters and not distant relatives! An added side benefit is that my late afternoon tension headaches have disappeared. I didn’t even know that was a possibility. I really appreciated that Rachel took her time talking through everything with me. She was patient and incredibly kind!

I visited Cote Medical Spa today, I just turned 63 and decided I need to smooth out the lines in my face, so I scheduled to get botox and filler. Ive had botox before which I love but was unprepared for the face reflecting back at me in the mirror after the skilled placement of the product, I was stunned! I looked as though I had 10 yrs off my well worn face. My daughter whom has made investigating and finding all the best Drs for these type of procedures her time vampireing hobby lol, was blown away and now wants to make an apt.with Dr Cote. DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR DERMAL FILLERS! I had Ms. Cote, she is not a doctor, inject me with Bellafill. I did tons of research and fell for her wonderful marketing. I'm left with a huge lump underneath my eye that I come to find out 4 years later, IS PERMANENT. Following my concerns I went to see Ms. Cote. She offered me an oral medication. When I explained that my research indicated this was not usually helpful the conversation turned. She began BLAMING ME for not coming in sooner. Absolutely LOVE the staff and Dr. Cote! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I have done CoolSculpting and Botox and I can't imagine getting any other beauty treatment through anyone else. The staff sits you down and talks to you about what you want and answers every question you may have. During my CoolSculpting they checked on me several times and asked if I needed any water or more blankets! It's definitely a place to go when you want to feel pampered while getting the treatment that will make you feel and look fabulous!

Last time I went in (August 31st - Maple Valley) I got a little laser hair treatment - none of us wants to be the bearded lady after all! AND... I started the Kybella treatments - I am so excited to see how it turns out.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be excited about someone zapping my face with a laser and then sticking needles in my face to top off the day - but I am!

I have had numerous laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermasweep infusion procedures over many years at MD Cote Laser & Spa, and I have been treated with great care and respect. I have experienced the practice change personnel, and move from a hybrid family medicine to laser & spa only, and through all of those changes I have had consistent, professional care that has garnered amazing results. I am nearly 50, about to be a grandmother, and am often mistaken for mid-30s.

I highly recommend Dr. Cote. What I appreciate more than anything is the honest recommendations she gives. She will never try to convince you to have something done that you shouldn't. I've went in a few times thinking I should have a procedure done and after careful evaluation and talking it over she made me realize I didn't need it. On the other hand for the procedures you do have done she is very good at what she does. She is a trainer for Belafil and is very precise and has an amazing eye for making you look better. I went to Dr Cote for majority of my youth and I have always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, she has stopped practicing family medicine and I have had to go elsewhere. I finally found a new doctor and had an appointment for March 3. On March 2, I called Dr Cotes office and requested my medical files be transferred to my new doctor and I was told it would take four weeks to get my records to my new doctor. My new office submitted a request for medical records and I was told we would have to wait. On April 6, I reached out to my new doc and they stated that they had not received my records

I recently received a microdermabrasion here by Lyndsey Nirschl. She is very professional and answered all of my (many) questions! Since this was my first time getting a microderm, I was a little nervous but she walked me through the process and I was happy with the results. I noticed dramatic improvement in skin tone and appearance.
The skin analysis machine thing was pretty cool too! It gives you feedback on sun damage, dark spots, bacteria, pore size, redness, and more.
Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely visit if you are in need of any treatments done, and ask for Lyndsey!
