Over years of projects (including the virtual reality motion simulator shown here), the brothers realized that obtaining custom fabricated metal parts was far more difficult and time-consuming than it needed to be. OSH Cut's passion is to make on-demand metal fabrication easier for both customers and our shop workers.
Instead of sending an email and waiting days for a response, you can get instant prices from OSH Cut in any quantity, from one part to tens of thousands. Our instant quoting system combined with lead-times as short as same day allow you to have parts in-hand before some shops can even give you a price.
Our 8 and 10 kW lasers can punch through steel, stainless, and aluminum up to 1 thick, with remarkable cut quality and minimal burr. In thick metals especially, cut quality depends significantly on heat buildup. Our machines help keep thick material cool by applying water cooling during the cut, and pierce splash-out is mitigated by spraying the material with a small amount of oil during the pierce.
OSH Cut offers deburring and edge rolling services to improve surface and edge quality, remove burrs, and eliminate expensive manual operations like grinding. Deburring and edge rolling takes the raw laser-cut part edge, removes any burr with a wide belt sander, and rolls the part edges using rotating brushes to hit the part at all angles.

Great company!!! I'd rep them on a shirt or my car if I could 😆 They cut my parts way faster then they even stated. Above and beyond with these guys. On top of their nesting discounts. I'm pretty sure you can't find a better metal laser cutting company in the US. Not to mention their prices are freaking great. My parts came packed well and in perfect condition. Which is needed since if there was any bend or bow in the metal part it would show on the machine. 100/10 I definitely will be using oshcut from now on

My custom brackets came in on time and they are perfect!
The only area of improvement I would suggest is to ship heavy items (my total order was 34lb of steel with sharp corners) in a stronger box. Though nothing fell out or got damaged, FedEx was able to tear three holes in the box between Utah and Western NY.
I will definitely order more from OSH Cut and now my engineer friends are interested as well.

This was my first time using OSHCut, and I am super happy with the service.
I ordered two very small parts for a one-off project. I was very impressed with the instant quote & automated manufacturability check, price came in lower than expected. The crazy part is that I ordered no-rush with an expected lead time of 1 week (which was again better than anticipated), turns out the part shipped the next day! The parts arrived requiring minimal de-burring, measured exactly to spec, bushings went in perfect.
I will definitely be using them again soon. Their software stack is impressive, completely

I just recieved my first ever order from OSH cut but it won't be my last, I had a set of steel eagles I needed cut that were WAY too intricate for my plasma table and they absolutely knocked it out of the park, only downside is now I don't like my plasma table quite as much as I used too 😂 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered small cybertruck cut from JerryRigEverything. Turned out perfectly! There is some burning of the metal, but hardly noticeable, and you can likely buff it out. Overall I'm satisfied with the look, finish, quality of material as well as the speed and quality of shipping! If I ever need something cut again I will definitely consider OSH Cut again. Thanks!

OSH Cut did a wonderful job - accurate clean cuts, quick, and reasonable prices. I needed a 1-off custom garden gate made from my AI file and was struggling to find a local shop that was willing to work with my file. OSH Cut has a very sophisticated system that took my file and converted it instantly and analyzed it for any issues. It couldn't have been easier - I am very impressed.
